Everyone enjoys surfing the net, but wouldn’t it be great if you could actually communicate your thoughts or ask questions relating to the site you are viewing at the time of viewing. Well, with this thought in mind, Tim Linden, Austin Hallock and Jon Olson, three network marketing gurus, launched their brand new program, Sweeva, in May 2010. Basically the program allows members to view other members’ web sites and post live comments on them, a bit like instant messaging. This is great for business owners because if you can get real live comments about what your site lacks and how it could be improved, it gives you a far greater chance of reaching out to potential customers because you know first hand what they are looking for.
How it works is that an individual can sign up for a free membership to Sweeva by filling out a form which includes giving their site URL. Then using “credits” a member can bid to have their site shown. Once a bid is accepted, that member is given the time of viewing and can log on, tell people they are present, and then actively communicate with them. They can promote videos, blogs or websites to promote their business. Credits are earned according to how active a member is, which relates to how many times they view and comment on other people sites. In addition, credits can be purchased which at present cost .97 for 1,000 credits and .99 for 25,000 credits. The amount of credits required to get your site shown varies according to the hour that you wish your site to be viewed. A Sweeva member can retain their free membership or they can choose to upgrade and start earning cash from referring new members to the site. There isn’t a lot of information about the compensation plan to be found, but it seems to be operating a 2 x 6 matrix and new levels are opened up as a member accrues more credits and more referrals. The levels within the plan are termed awards and trophies. The cost to upgrade is .97 per month or per year.

The idea behind Sweeva seems to be a good one, and you should be able to begin generating good traffic to your sites. However, it would appear that money buys the optimum viewing slots and so it is going to be vital for an individual to upgrade their membership and then actively refer new members and motivate them to do the same. Once again, the whole opportunity revolves around an individual possessing good marketing and leadership skills.
